By pairing your expertise with Spotlight, our accreditation will allow you to exclusively unlock the potential of the people and teams you work with. In the accreditation, you will learn to understand the philosophy and background of Spotlight, and critically, how to apply it.

STEP 1 - Introduction to Spotlight (1 hour online) 

Meet the Mindflick coaches and your course peers. Learn about the principles of Spotlight.

STEP 2 - Debriefing Spotlight with individuals (2 days online)

Learn the underlying philosophy and frameworks of Spotlight. Explore your own profile and work with others to practice debriefing. 

STEP 3 - Practise debriefs (3 free profile debriefs)

Master your Spotlight debriefing process ready for your mock debrief.

STEP 4 - 1-2-1 with a Mindflick coach (1 hour online)

Perform your mock debrief in a 1-2-1 with your Mindflick coach and put your skills to practice.

STEP 5 - Using Spotlight with teams (1 day online)

Learn how to run great team days using Spotlight using a variety of interactive activities both in offline and online contexts
